You are leading through complexity, chaos and uncertainty, while balancing performance and people.
I partner with you to create the conditions for alignment, clear communication, and effective decision-making—through conversations grounded in psychological safety.

I’m Elizabeth Hesp, an ICF-credentialed leadership, team, and systems coach, and an intercultural consultant. I’m also the Founder of Elizabeth Hesp Coaching and Consulting (EHCC), based in Kingston, Ontario.

At EHCC, I support leaders and organizations navigating complexity, leadership transitions, and intercultural dynamics in evolving workplace environments.

My approach integrates systems thinking, cultural intelligence (CQ), and emotional intelligence (EQ), and is delivered through a human-centric, trauma-aware lens grounded in psychological safety.

I work with leaders like you and your multicultural teams to strengthen communication, improve collaboration, navigate burnout, and make effective decisions within complex organizational systems.

With over seven years of coaching and advisory experience, I partner with public sector, non-profit, and mission-driven organizations across Ontario.

My services include tailored coaching, facilitation, and advisory engagements aligned with your organizational strategy, leadership capacity, and desired outcomes.

Elizabeth’s Impact

Elizabeth Hesp’s work is shaped by extensive experience across systems, cultures, and professional contexts.

Systems Perspective

Over the past three decades, Elizabeth’s perspective has evolved through transitions across countries, cultures, and professional contexts.

Originally from India, and having lived in The Netherlands, she brings over 30 years of experience navigating complex social, cultural, and organizational systems in Canada and globally.

Through these experiences, she developed a deep understanding of how systems, expectations, and competing demands impact performance, decision-making, and well-being.

Her professional journey spans research, entrepreneurship, project management, visual arts, and space design. This non-linear path strengthened her ability to problem-solve under uncertainty, adapt to change, and think strategically across disciplines.

Seven years ago, she transitioned into coaching and consulting, supporting leaders, public sector professionals, and entrepreneurs to shift behaviours and achieve measurable outcomes.

Today, Elizabeth applies an integrated, systems-informed framework to help leaders and teams navigate complexity and collaborate effectively.

Professional Achievements

Elizabeth has designed and delivered coaching programs with measurable outcomes for public sector organizations, including initiatives funded by FedDev Ontario and the Women Entrepreneurship Strategy (WES).

She has supported leaders, boards, and professionals across sectors, working at the intersection of leadership, performance, communication, and systems complexity.

Twice nominated for the RBC Woman of Influence award, she brings governance experience as a Board Director at municipal and national levels. She also works as a facilitator, speaker, and community mentor.

Her previous work as an Ontario Arts Council–funded and published visual artist and innovative entrepreneur, informs her strength in pattern recognition, innovative problem-solving, and her ability to navigate complexity with a systems-informed perspective.

Elizabeth is multilingual, fluent in five languages, and brings a cross-cultural perspective shaped by lived experience and global exposure.

Leadership Impact

Elizabeth’s work strengthens psychological safety, builds trust, and sharpens metacognitive thinking under stress—enabling more effective problem-solving and decision-making.

She enables leaders and teams to navigate complexity with clarity, strengthen communication, and act with confidence and presence in high-stakes environments.

Partnering with Elizabeth results in more aligned teams, stronger decision-making, and sustainable change across leaders, teams, and the systems they influence.
