6-step solution-focused, coaching session unfolds in the following way:
- We will identify your goals and objectives.
- We will explore your purpose
- You will imagine outcomes that will align with your values and vision
- We will reframe solutions to focus on possibilities
- You will implement next steps based on your strengths
- Our coaching partnership will help you strategize for success with a solid action plan in hand
Follow-up between sessions:
- Each coaching session is 60 minutes long with an extra 10 minutes for your questions and discussion.
- You will have my unlimited email support between sessions.
- A 15 minute phone call option every two weeks to help you overcome challenges and your resistance to change.
- You may be given some light homework to help you shift your mindset progress towards your goals.
- The work you accomplish between sessions is even more significant to your success than the time spent in the sessions.
