Success Kingston Career and Entrepreneurship Coaching Program

The Success Kingston Coaching Program is 1-on-1 coaching support for members of minority communities, immigrant families and international graduate students new to the Kingston region. The coaching service provides career or business coaching to those in the same situation today as I was twenty-five years ago, when I arrived in Canada and settled in Kingston, Ontario. I understand the challenges faced by newcomers socially, financially and professionally when learning, adapting and integrating into a new country. A little help goes a long way, especially in Canada where possibilities abound if you are willing to strategically work towards your dreams and goals.

From October 2023 onwards the Pro Bono Success Kingston Program started back in 2020, will be offered at a very affordable and flexible student rate to keep up with high demand. You will need to apply for the SK Program by submitting the SK Form at the bottom of this page.

Who Qualifies

Members of minority communities new to the city starting a new business or career
New immigrant families starting a small business in Kingston
International graduate students part of a study program or qualifying for PR status

Details Of The Program

Intake of max 3 applicants each quarter from October to June only
3 x 1-hour online coaching sessions every other week for a 6 week duration
2 x 15-minute phone calls/month

Cost of the Program:

Joining the Success Kingston Program is making an investment in yourself to increase your professional or entrepreneurial value in a new country. Your takeaway from the coaching experience accelerates your level of success in the months ahead.

As the SK Program is offered to you at a very low cost you are requested to pay it forward to your community in whatever way you choose and in your own time. In giving back we receive in return and build our sense of belonging. When we raise others we rise with them, the saying goes, and I know it to be true.
